Look at it from a business standpoint:
You let in a 19 year old celebrity who proceeds to get shitfaced. That gets
plastered on the front cover of every magazine in the country. In terms of
advertising, you just reached a nationwide audience for free. There's no
proof that this celeb wasn't drunk BEFORE she was in your establishment.
Now... if there WAS proof, continue with the business mind:
There's something like a $50,000 fine or something for underage serving. That
celeb probably spent around $12,000 themselves. In addition, every time a
celeb is spotted in your club, the desire to go to that club increases 20-fold
for a lot of people. So you end up guaranteeing that your club stays busy.
As the saying goes - there's no such thing as bad publicity.
