"The Hemmingway Daiquri" uses Maraschino and Grapefruit in place of Sugar:

*NB - I'm not convinced this would be any more diabetic friendly than a 
regular Daiquri.

Not sure if that recipe makes it into any of his literary works though. He 
does mention regular Daiquris a couple of times atleast.
