HA, funny to mention this. I work in a Southern Californian restaurant and I 
make a million of those Margaritas with Grand Marnier floated on top, 
EVERYDAY! Probably because of our close proximity to Mexico.

They're called a Cadillac Margarita. The Grand Marnier usually comes on the 
side in a pony shot glass. We also do Cadillacs with Tuaca on top, another 
tasty liqueur.

Not sure about the French Mai Tai. More liquor in a Mai Tai, hooray!
