Right off the bat, you're definately on the light side for being a realistic 
barback.  No offense, but the first night that gets slammed, you're going to 
kill yourself with the heavy lifting within an hour.  Also, in my experience, 
it does pay to be tall as a barback, but that's hardly an absolute, only a 
convenience.  Physically, unless you're in GREAT shape, I think that 
barbacking any busy place would kill you.

Serious question, why aren't you considering cocktail waitressing?  The tips 
will almost certainly be WAY better and the job is much easier to get into 
(since there are far more positions to be had).
