hey, after looking at the videos on your youtube account i was curious about
the logistics behind the asian bar where they make the iceballs and the
extravagant dry martinis. I think alot of us would love to work at a bar like
that but im wondering where the money comes from to keep it open?

-do the bartenders work for tips?
-is it in a hotel where it doesnt necessarily need to bring in a huge profit
instead just an attraction?
-is it attached to a restaurant?
-are the amount of people in the bar limited?
-can someone order a drink while standing at the bar or do they sit at a table
instead and order from there?
-if not limited does the extravagant and time consuming drink prep go out the
window in favor of speedy but still well made drinks?
-are they making a profit by making the drinks overly expensive and catering
to a wealthy clientèle?

really im just curious about this bar because i think it is fantastic but im
curious as to whether there is a corresponding business plan behind it or if
its just a wealthy persons pet project.

thanks for any info.
Brendan
