I've been lurking on these boards and some of the stuff seems really helpful.
I recently came across an ad for bartender but of course it was just really a
recruitment ad for barcareers.com.
I'm possibly interested in possibly doing some bartending and the advice here
seems real and helpful.
I've also been asking around and searching for the best way to get into it.
From what I've gotten so far is that school is not necessary, but I would like
to know something when I go in. So are there any good books or anything that
would round me out pretty well?

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
