Subject: Tip Rip Off
From: kwality

Hi,

I finally got a job doing service bartending in a high volume restaurant. The
problem is, we are getting a flat rate tip out. We get $3 an hour no matter
how busy it gets. No more no less. I am not serving customers directly, just
the servers. I feel like I'm being ripped off and some of the other new
bartenders do too. What would you do? I'm planning to quit. I just started
this job, but now I'm having second thoughts.

Thanks,
K.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
