Try the Midori website at http://www.midoriworld.com/home.html for more info,
though a lot of it is just background. Basically Midori is a bright green,
sweet, melon liquer used mostly in cocktails. It's about 25% abv (can't
remember exactly-must be getting rusty!!)but as for how it's made, I have
absolutely no idea.
And to the rest of you guys, a quote from Suntory's own website "Our research
chemists spent years perfecting the drink to suit contemporary taste and
colour".....! Does this mean that everyone's favourite square bottled green
ingredient is a sinister chemically engineered fluid? And if so, does this
mean that other old favourites have been similarly tampered with??!! Need more
information on this one, please help :-{
