Subject: Pouring tips

I am returning to bartending after a four-year absence, and was trying to 
remember pouring methods. For example, the way I (believe I) was taught was a 
one-count = 1/4 oz. of booze. So: 1 1/2 oz = five count. Does this sound 
familiar to anyone? Thanks for your help!
