A caipirinha is not made with rum (which is a molasses distillate), but rather
cachaca (pronounced cah-sha-sa), which is a Brazilian sugar cane distillate.
You take a whole lime cut into quarters and muddle it with a teaspoonfull of
sugar. Fill the glass with ice and pour the cachaca over it.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
