First, it's smart that you're starting out with plans to barback. It'll be a
lot better of a starting point.
25 is fine (why the hell wouldn't it be???)
We could spend a whole thread telling you about bartending schools, but you
should just search this forum for that subject, you'll find plenty.
Furthermore, ONCE you are hired (not before), try asking the bartenders there
what they think about bartending schools...That'll take care of any confusion
you might have on the subject. Be warned, there may be laughter...
