But if their personal responsibility involves vehicular manslaughter cost be
damned it's the establishments responsibility in part to offer these types of
services to their customers thereby the customer had the option of a ride ( I
didn"t say free)assauging the responsibility of the restaurant/bar. In reality
I can see this service in more upscale type places not your local hangout or
strip joint.
