This has been talked about many time before here at Webtender. Simply search
the subject.

Personally, a barback (and when I'm a guest)...well they all start at 15% and
go up or down from there.

Barback meaning that they start at 15% of the tips that I make.

Americans are a funny lot. They drink whiskey to keep warm; then they put some
ice in to make it cool. They put sugar in to make it sweet, and then they put
a slice of lemon in it to make it sour. Then they say, "Here's to you", and
drink it themselves.
