when i first read your comment about breathalizer ignition switches i have to 
admit, i laughed.  After i thought about it a couple minutes, i seriously 
think it is a good idea.  Why not?  Maybe you should be contacting manufacting 
companies and lobbying for this idea!  It would totally change the way things 
are now by taking some of the responsibilities off bartenders' shoulders and 
putting it where it belongs- on the individual.
