How do u make or cause "turbulence" with layers?

Try a couple of straws, or a barspoon.

Or a red Cherry

Why does a barspoon change the "turbulence"?

But it still doesn't layer siting building ontop of the bottom layer like a
B-52 shooter its different than layering

If the Tequila sunrise doesn't layer what would it be called? becaues it not
like the grendaine,Orange juice,tequila layer like a B-52

Layering a Tequila sunrise like a B-52 shoot?
