I'm a bartender in NY and except for a hospitality law class in college I.ve 
never heard of either of the classes mentioned above. I would love to know all 
the laws pertaining to the industry but finding them in laymans terms is 
difficult. Would like to see a mandatory liscensing policy for anyone serving 
alcohol>
