Jenny,

Well, I used to work at a RL (never again!) and intimately know the Kahlua
cappucino. We used a 'cappucino mix' that consisted of a powdered cappucino
mix and about 16-20 oz. of half and half. I imagine that you could buy some
instant cappucino or something similar at a grocery store and try this. Also,
you could use a few oz. of cold brewed cappucino or coffee. Anyway, here's
the standard recipe we used.

FROZEN KAHLUA CAPPUCINO

1 1/2 oz. Kahlua (try Bailey's irish cream or Frangelico, as well)
3-4 oz. cappucino mix
2-3 squirts chocolate syrup (optional)
glassful of ice (or more depending on how thick you want it)

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. IF you're going to
use brewed cappucino/coffee, I'd suggest adding 2-3 oz. of that and about 2
oz. of half and half. Garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of choclate
syrup. Hope this helps!
