What does a bartender have to do to be the best for you?
Is it a "type of place" sort of specifics?
Can you accept corner cutters in dive bars or do you just not go in there?
Do you like a conversation or just to be left alone?
Do you take recommendations from a fellow tender?
Will you point out mistakes to the bartender serving you?
Would you poach such a bartender to join your team if he/she was perfect
enough?
Are sometimes you just happy being served by a pleb while drinking beer with
mates?
