it's called a rainbow pousse-cafe: layered from the bottom up in this order
1/2oz each, dark creme de cacao,creme de violette,yellow chartreuse,marachino
liqueure,benedictine,green chartreuse,cognac.

any layered drink is technicaly a pousse-cafe.pour slowly over the back of a
spoon-lowest proof to the bottom, if all else fails pour and refridgerate for
a few hours the layers with seperate themselves.

there is a bunch of smaller ones.
traffic light:green creme de menth, creme de banana, sloe gin
stars and stripes: grenadine, heavy cream, blue curacao
pousse cafe classics
1: banana liq.,cherry brandy,cognac
2: green creme de menth, galliano, backberry liq

experiment make one up
