drugs ect. They also cover your ass in court if you or the establishment get 
into any  trouble.


 What would it take to have anyone who tends bar or serves alchohol to 
> have to take a class and be licensed to serve alcohol? The class 
> could include laws pertaining to serving alcohol, the 
> responsibilities of the server , how to handle difficulties with 
> customers etc.Bartenders do have a responsibility to society and a 
> knowledgable bartender will always make a better bartender.
