I'm bartending in Miami, which is pretty much a different country than Boca.
The beaches in Miami are also quite different from the city. In the city,
people order lots of margaritas, mojitos, etc. whereas there are tons of tiki
bars or oceanside bars serving frozen drinks (and most of them seem to have
those slurpee-type machines that constantly mix the frozen drinks). Can't tell
you for sure about Boca because I don't go up there too often but there are
plenty of bars on the beaches.

As for the gay bar thing, you can't do much better than South Beach. If you
want to go down that road, well, let's just say there are plenty of
opportunities

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
