What is the proper procedure to follow if you have a problem either removing
the cork or if the cork crumbles.I was opening a bottle of Opus One at a table
and the cork simply crumbled. I immediatly stopped and replaced the bottle at
a considerable cost to my percentages.Could I have proceeded and decanted the
bottle??
