Subject: Multiple methods

How many of you make cocktails with multiple preparation methods needed?

For example, a cocktail which require you to shake & strain, then float
something else on top. Or maybe have a blended cocktail with multiple
builds/blends?

I made a cocktail which was a blend/shake/build and it worked really well. The
effect was a totally changing cocktail as the blend part melted.

Belly Flop
30ml Blue Curacao
15ml Parfait Amour
15ml Bacardi
45ml Cranberry Juice
30ml Pineapple juice
5ml Lime Juice

Blend Blue Curacao & Pineapple Juice. While blending, shake remaining
ingredients. Pour the blend into a highball, Strain shaken ingredients over
the blend. If you do this properly the shaken part will stay on the bottom
until you have finished pouring your shaken part. After a few seconds both
parts will swap places in the glass. Garnish with a small pineapple wedge.
