If someone asks my opinion on whether they should attend Bartending 
School...my pat answer is "NO!"  It's a monumental waste of time & $$.  I can 
teach you what you need to know.  
If you really think about it...that's not being certified. You may get a 
certificate saying you've attended a bartending school, but true 
licensing/certification comes from your state liquor board.
