

I'm from Oregon as well, and I agree, it's pretty strict - the OLCC has you by
the balls if you're a bar owner, and has the power to do what they want with
you and your license, which is effectively your livelihood. However, I have to
say having been to Utah, their laws are (or at least were, pre Olympics) much
stricter. Enforced AgBerz use for all primary liquors (1 oz pours), no more
than 2 oz in any one drinks, six oz mandatory wine pours, beers over 3.2%
alcohol had to be sold in the liquor store, and couldn't be sold or even
served on sundays (though in a bar you could still order a Rum & Coke on a
sunday. Just crazy, crazy laws.
But yeah, you have to watch your ass in Oregon - get popped a few times too
many,and you may as well move down here to Mexico with me!
