Well, I don't think Malibu is the best sobstitute for Batida de coco, they 
both taste of coconut, but Batida is much thicker and it looks like coconut 
milk,while Malibu is a clear coconut laced rum, I think the best way is to 
make your own batida by blending rum, coconut milk and a little coconut cream, 
you'll have a base ready for serving over ice or ready to mix whit juices, you 
can even add a sprinkle of shredded dry coconut for a more exotic result. If 
you have a friend living in Italy, ask him to send you a bottle of batida 
"Mangaroca" for xmas, is the best I've ever tried.
