I do some bartending stories on The Art of Drink blog, but I work in fine 
dining so the biggest issues are customers wanting sliced parmesan on their 
Conchiglioni not the grated parmesan. Plus I'm not annonymous so I don't want 
to discuss to much about peoples dining experience when those people, or my 
employer, actually read my site.
