There's a load of variables for each of your issues, so you're probably going 
to have to learn on the job.

There's a few different types of tapping mechanisms, though the 95% of the 
time it's going to look like this:

Pull out the black plastic handle, lift up, and twist off, the reverse if 
you're tapping the keg.

For soda boxes, there's two main types. The Coca Cola Boxes which are a bit 
more difficult, and the Pepsi Boxes which are a simple twist on. In any event, 
you should have no problems changing either.

CO2 Tanks, are simple too: Turn off the valve, use a wrench to remove the tank 
from the line/gauge mechanism, and reverse the process. Nitrogen tanks are the 
same, in case your bar is using Beer Gas.

Anyways, even if you could see all of this in action, you'll still look like a 
rookie your first time, so no worries.
