If you limit your search to only the bars that have ads out looking for 
people, you're going to find you'll be competing against every other 
unemployed person out there that read the same ad, and many probably have more 
experience than you.

I'd suggest literally pounding the pavement - create a Killer Resume using 
Cheryl's patented resume system, print out 100 copies on a nice, thick stock 
paper (so it stands out even more) and go door to door. Timing is everything, 
and you might just get lucky and find someone BEFORE they've put their ad on 
craigslist.
