hah, i was so happy when today at coctails in the country gary was sticking up 
for hpnotiq, not only that but he was able to make a drink with hpnotiq, dry 
vermouth, and ardbeg single malt scotch that was actually kinda good. 1:1 
hpnotig and dry vermouth, float the scotch. His point really was that 
creativity and understanding flavor profiles is what is important to creating 
good drinks. i thought that was pretty cool!
