Subject: Fruit flies...

my bar's been riddled with fruit flies since before i started there...i think
a big part of the problem is: the night bartenders do an insufficient job of
cleaning the place after their shift. Floor mats aren't cleaned/washed
regularly, either...Seems like they're mostly around the sinks, drains, beer
taps...i've read about white vinegar and making "traps"...any other good
tricks for eliminating these pesky pests? is it OK to use bug spray like Raid
(just not around customers) ??
