Thats not a reason for making sh*t drinks dude, ; )

So what if I come to your bar and ask for a Mai Tai. Or a Hemingway Daiquiri,
or Sidecar, or Margarita, etc, etc, etc, and I tell you, "this is not the way
they are made back home".

Does that mean you start making sh*t Mai Tai's?

A Mojito is a relatively simple drink to get right and if its done well its
bloody awesome. But if its done wrong it tastes like crap. I don't understand
why you don't just make a good one.

I am sure that I aint the only person on this forum who is saddened by your
attitude toward the Mojito.

Cheers,

Adam
