sorry to disapoint, but unless that certificate is union, it doesnt mean sh1t.
as for barbacking, lets see, you will be working, making money, gaining
experience, meeting people, and will be in the mix of finding out what jobs
are out there. i agree with adam, who ever told you not to take a barback
shift is a retard. if you dont like the barback job after you work a few
shifts, quit. at least give it a chance. heck, while the bartenders are
dealing with customers you could be hooking up with a hot chick on the side of
the bar. experience is golden.
