Buy a pint of lemon gelato. Leave at room temperature until somewhat soft.
Don't let it get too melted or you'll have to put it through an ice cream
machine.
Pour into blender, add 1 cup vodka and/or limoncello, and pulse to combine.
It would be nice if the vodka were chilled, so it doesn't melt the gelato any
more than necessary.
Serve in cocktail glasses.
