Seriously. If you can't keep it together during an interview, there's no way
that I'll put you in front of customers. Even if you said all the right
things, gave all the right answers, it won't matter if you lack poise, grace
or confidence. If you also lack demonstrable experience.......you might have
to start as a busperson until you get your sea legs.
Having said that: apply for jobs that you don't want, but can be pretty
confident that you'll get interviewed, even weird things like at the dry
cleaners or the video store or as a medical receptionist. Use these as
practice. Since you don't really want the job, you'll be able to relax and
focus on the interview rather than the outcome. It's an exercise that should
help you settle down during the ones that count.

PS: Try, try very hard, try every day and all day but try to remove "stutter
words" like "like" or "Yada, yada etc". The use of those empty words makes
people sound like air heads or worse.
