Every interview is different so it's a tricky one to answer but i'll try to
give an example of what i'd like to see and what you might be asked. As for
stress... If you can't deal with an interview can you cope with a bar?
Anyway:
JAM: Hello BS, I'm JAM, I'm the bar manager here at X bar, i've had a look at
your CV and i'd like to talk to you some more about the position you applied
for...
YOU: Thanks for taking the time to see me, i realize you're busy and i
appreciate you giving me this time.
JAM: BS, I understand you've worked in a bar before...? would you just jump
behind the bar and pour me half a [standard beer]please?
YOU: OK. (Make sure you can do it!)
JAM: Thanks, have you free poured before? And if so can you do a quick test
for me? 4 practice shots, 4 measured.
YOU: Of course, I test myself regularly.
JAM: Cocktail stuff: What do you drink? What's your favourite cocktail? WHY?
YOU: I love X because of Y but i also like the way Z is so different from....
etc
JAM
The rest is trainable.
