Subject: diabetic/clear liquor-only coffee drink

A severe diabetic young woman came wanting a coffee drink. She educated me a
bit on what was acceptable for her to drink and it's been bugging me for weeks
that I wasn't able to come up with anything better than her default Bacardi
and coffee (yuck). She stated that she could only mix clear/light liquors b/c
of the way the sugars break down. She was fine with the rum, but was really
looking for something a little tastier and I was really stuck and couldn't
come up with anything--context is the begining of the Saturday night slam.
Our cream has sugar in it so she couldn't have that so the poor thing ended up
with plain rum and coffee.

I'd love to have some ideas to offer her should she ever come back. No
licquers.

Thanks for any thoughts :)
