dude, a union is all about seniority. if you can explain me a more fair way
other than seniority, i am all ears. we start at the bottom here in town.
my gig is a little different here at the pool. but inside the casinos for new
guys are the shifts like graveyard 1a-9a service well. maybe make $30-50
bucks in tips if your lucky. but we do make $15.60 an hour. that in itself
is a lot better than the horror stories of what people make in florida.
something like $3.00 an hour. i am very fortunate for all the old timers
before me that set this union thing up. hell i could be in an office behind a
cubical somewhere pushing a pen. like in Office Space.
