Agreed, you need a restaurant and bar supply store.  If you're stocking a bar, 
it's stupid to cheap out on this type of thing - it only hurts you in the long 
run.

If you're lucky, you might have a good liquor store that stocks most of this.  
Boston shakers and bar blades are pretty common in liquor stores in my 
experience (not that I've ever forgotten to bring mine or anything...), things 
like pourers are not (though there are exceptions).

However, a good restaurant and bar supply store will have everything you need, 
and all of it will (or should) be professional quality.
