

With your current theme, I know you're thinking inside the box, and rightfully
so.
But if I was opening a bar as something to keep me busy during retirement, I'd
setup shop outside of the country. Man, most of Latin America has very, very
relaxed liquor laws. You can do just about anything you'd like. Someplace with
plenty of tourists and you're golden.
But, like I said, for what you're looking to do, it's just not viable. However
for "my" dream bar idea, it's perfect.
