In Oregon most of the bars & coffee shops use Torani, as that's the most 
widely available oregeat in the area. The one bar I worked in that stocked it 
would go through a bottle every six months or so (it was an ingredient of the 
bar's Mai Tai, which was on the menu so it sold fairly well). I never noticed 
the flavor or quality being affected over time.
