     Jimbo,
   I worked at a place that made hot apple pie drinks. their secret was to 
heat the cider slowly for eight hours with cinamon sticks in it. It became 
thick and rich. We used tuaca for the liq., but I don't see why you couldn't 
kick it up with 151. I never tasted it cold but i bet it would have been good. 
It might give you a place to start...
