We haven't hired a bartender or barback for 2 years. We've added security
positions but we've only lost 2 people on our security staff in that 2 years.
The 4 new security positions fluctuate, we just haven't found the right people
for them. So, we have zero turnover behind the bar and a couple parttime
positions that we refill every 6 months. None of these people have quit.
They've all been let go because they didnt fit in with the team right.
