Resume: pretty good idea.  It shows that you're at least a little serious 
about tending bar.  Some places won't want it while others will love it.

Business Cards: The point isn't to get yourself hired at a bar, it's to have a 
way to promote yourself for individual events like banquets or weddings.  
Obviously, you can also hand cards to people looking to recruit you for their 
bar.  Of course, if you are hired by somebody you handed your card to, they 
might get a little suspicious about you handing out cards in their place.  
Cards can also be good if you're the type that's big on self-promotion.  Oh 
yeah, and if you are full of yourself enough, you can use the cards to try to 
pick up women.
