I see things every shift I could do to make myself faster.  Lately I've 
stopped taking multi-orders as much - I find myself acknowledging a LOT more, 
but I've found myself taking fewer orders at once because so many people don't 
know what they want when they get my attention.  When the 3rd or 4th customer 
hesitates, it slows me down.

No real evaluation system I know of, other than how much your drawer is at the 
end of the night.  If your sales are higher than others, it's probably at 
least in part due to you being faster.
