Star,
In reading everything the poster has to say, it just makes sense to me. Again,
I'm no expert but don't most strip joints make money by charging the strippers
to work there? Some, I understand, also claim part of the "tips" the strippers
receive. I also understand that theft and dishonesty run rampant at all levels
in most of these clubs. In that kind of situation, it also makes sense to want
some sort of performance bond from the tenders.
Now, I could be completely misinformed. I don't have any interest in going to
strip clubs and have only been to a very few in my entire life. I have agreed
to go to one later this year to meet a fellow webtender who tends at one and
that likely will be the only one I visit this decade. All of my information
comes from dating a couple of ex strippers over the last ten years, who were
limited in experience themselves as they were both new to stripping and out of
stripping when I went out with them.
