I honestly hated having to make espress drinks while behind a bar. Really,
it's about as time consuming as any cocktail could possible get, and during a
Fri/Sat rush, it's simply ridiculous. However, I doubt you'll even get many
espresso drinks (especially hot) ordered, as there's just so many places to
get good coffee drinks these days, a bar is the last place you'd think about
ordering them. Plus, the quality will be pretty low until your staff gets the
hang of things. Lastly, cost of maintanance can be pretty high on the
machines. After ours broke, we never fixed it due to the repair guy wanting
$500.
