At the bar / restaurant I work in, we do espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte,
mochaccino, etc. etc. We also have a requirement to layer these specialty
coffee's in the Irish coffee glass. So basically, if you are doing a
mochaccino, it is made in four layers. Chocolate syrup on the botton, then
steamed milk, then the espresso and then a layer of milk foam. The drinks look
realy cool, but they kill us for time. Plus, they look so cool everyone in the
restaurant wants one! Usually after one is made there will be orders for
another three or four.

Espresso and cafe lattes are easy. The cappuccino is a three layer drink so
it's a time killer too. If we didn't have to layer the drinks, they would be
no problem. It doesn't really take much more time than making a martini. Mind
you, we have prepackaged espresso cartridges, so we don't pack the ground
espresso.
