Nothing is ever as big a pain in the ass as blenders. That being said, Yes
dealt with it for a while - Torani syrups and the whole bit. Common problems
with having the machines are usually it is low prioroty in management and with
bar backs. I mean to say that coffee cups and accutrements are typically
never there or not enough. One day it'll be no sugar or half and half, the
next day there are 6 cups and 3 saucers and you got an order for 5 caps.
Outside of all that, making the bevs is just a matter of getting used to the
motions. On the plus side, if you like coffee - you should be able to get
away with serving youself a few (my current bar has the WORST cardboard
tasting crap). Also if you are going to carry the Toranis then your range of
cocktails can benefit.
