Thanks Bryan, but from what I've read the Korean "Soju" is not the same
as Japaneese "Shochu", although I'm starting to wonder if "Shochu" and
"Soju" both mean "water of life", just like Whiskey, Aquavit, Vodka and other
distilled spirits mean "water of life" in their respective languages.
